Throw back to last fall when I hiked an old Inca trail in the deepest canyon in the world-Colca Canyon, Peru. I love to do hard things, to continually challenge myself, to grow, to stretch myself. How do you push yourself?

Ugh. Lip flips. My nemesis. A few units of Botox/Dysport placed along the upper lip which helps the looks look bigger. And….it only lasts 4-5 weeks, if that. I’m not a fan. If you want bigger lips, buy lip filler. Who agrees with me?
